Jason Druzgal was born and raised in Maryland. After attending college at the University of Maryland at College Park, he completed an M.D./Ph.D. in neuroscience, at the University of Pennsylvania. During his diagnostic radiology residency, at the University of Utah, he continued his research interests in fMRI of normal brain function. Now a fellow in Neuroradiology, he hopes to apply his fMRI background to develop new neuroimaging techniques for understanding disorders of brain connectivity, such as autism.
