Mentor Program

My experience with the mentor program has provided me with more than I had ever expected. My mentor made a tremendous effort in assisting me with my future career decisions and helped me find a research mentor for the summer.

Student Programs

The School of Medicine Alumni Association is proud to work with medical students at the University of Utah to help facilitate a beneficial and rewarding medical education experience.

White Coat Ceremony  

At the annual White Coat Ceremony held the first week of school, the Alumni Association is proud to help facilitate a generous gift to each of the first year medical students. Alumni participate by providing monetary gifts to purchase a Littman Cardio III stethoscope for each first year medical student.

Freshman Barbecue

During the first week of the beginning of the academic year, the Alumni Association provides a barbecue for the incoming freshman medical students.  The barbecue is hosted at the home of Dr. Chuck and Jasmine Rich.
